Match against Australia rescheduled for Sept. 11 (3 Jun 2007 00:12 GMT)
Argentina's soccer international against Australia has been rescheduled for Sept. 11 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Argentina requested that the match, originally scheduled for June 6, be postponed until a later date due to the unavailability of top players.
"We have worked hard with the Argentinean association, the Victorian government and the MCG to set a date in stone which will enable Argentina to bring their best players to Australia," the Football Federation Australia said in a statement.
