Inter seal Cambiasso deal (22 Aug 2006 01:29 GMT)
Argentinian international midfielder Esteban Cambiasso has renewed his contract with FC Internazionale Milano until the summer of 2010.
Cambiasso had been tied to the Italian club for the next two seasons but said: "I am really happy at Inter and I hope to stay here even longer."
The 26-year-old has made 64 Serie A appearances for the Nerazzurri, scoring seven times, since arriving from Real Madrid CF ahead of the 2004/05 campaign. He played for AA Argentinos Juniors, Club Atlético Independiente and CA River Plate in Argentina before spending two seasons at Madrid.
