Palermo's Gonzalez calm over Inter Milan, Juventus rumours (18 Feb 2006 20:43 GMT)
Palermo midfielder Mariano Gonzalez insists he won't let transfer speculation affect his form.
Although he is aware of being linked with Inter Milan and Juventus, the 24-year-old wide midfielder has kept his feet firmly on the ground.
"I am very happy here with Palermo," insisted Gonzalez. "However, I am flattered that really big clubs are interested in me.
"Nevertheless, all I am thinking of is to do well for Palermo and hopefully get into the Argentina team for the World Cup this summer."
